The Role

Join an international team as a Technical Support Specialist in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will assist customers with technical questions and simple issues—from setting up devices to troubleshooting everyday technology. It’s a customer service role with a technical twist, where you help make technology easier to understand for everyone.

Responsibilities

✓ Assist customers with technical questions via phone, chat, or email.
✓ Guide users through basic setup and troubleshooting steps.
✓ Explain technical solutions in a clear and user-friendly way.
✓ Record and document cases in internal systems.
✓ Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams on more complex issues.
✓ Learn new systems and tools through ongoing training.

Requirements

➤ You speak fluent Danish or Norwegian and are ready to relocate abroad for at least 6 months.
➤ You are able to organize your relocation with proper financial and personal preparation.
➤ You are eager for new experiences, curious about different cultures, and have a positive mindset.
➤ You are at least 18 years old.
➤ You are an EU, EEA or Nordic citizen with valid documents.
